By signing up with us, you have accepted our terms and conditions.

You can become an ACF WEBMASTER member by creating a single link towards one of its clients: Casino770, Casino Riva and Poker770, and by using a text or one of the banners in the “banners” section of our site.


1. Definitions

1.1 "Sites" are the websites ACF WEBMASTER promotes.
1.2 "New Players” are persons who enter our sites through your links and make a deposit of an amount of money.
1.3 "Profile" is the single URL which is provided to you, in accordance with the terms of this agreement, and which measures your performances and to calculate your income as Advertiser.
1.4 "Banners and texts links" is the whole of the graphic material which allows the redirection on the banner pages of the sites promoted by ACF Webmaster, in order to allow a player to be redirected from your website to ours.
1.5 "Deposit”: is the amount of money transferred by the player towards the open accounts starting from these sites.
1.6 "Cashing" means all the funds which were withdrawn or cashed by players from their gaming account on the Site, plus the sum which the gamer is playing with, plus each deposit transferred (or the credit received) by us, for any reason, to avoid fraud, error or any customer dissatisfaction.
1.7 Nets Incomes of the Casino" is the sum of the deposits deduced from the withdrawals generated by your link and only based on our logs.
1.8 "CPA" is a bonus you obtain when a player signed up by your site makes a first deposit of a minimum of €49 for Casino770 and €49 for Casino Riva.
1.8.1 There is no minimum delay between the date of the player’s registration and the date he/she makes his/her first deposit. The player is linked to your affiliate account for life. If the player makes his/her deposit 2 months after his/her registration you will still receive your CPA.
1.8.2 If a player registers through your website on to Casino 770 and/or Casino Riva, makes his/her first deposit of €30 and another one of €30, it will not be counted as a CPA. In order to help you to obtain some first deposits of a minimum amount of €50 on Casino770 and/or Casino Riva, ACF organizes special monthly contests reserved for new players. A minimum €50 deposit is necessary to enter these contests. A lot of gifts are up for grabs for affiliates as well as for new players. It is then really interesting to promote these contests on your websites.
1.8.3 The amount of the bonus that will be paid to you for each one of these new players depends of the chosen plan and can be ranked.
1.9 "Structure of commission based on the division of the incomes - Casino" is the percentage of the Gross Profit of the Casino games that we owe you and which will be paid to you at the end of each month, according to the data of our system. The advertising income will be in percentage of the Gross Profit of the Casino generated by the sum which has been bet by the players sent by you for one month of activity.
1.10 "The structure of commission CPA" proposes an amount paid for each player sent by the affiliate to one of the sites, and who make a first deposit of at least €50. The affiliate will be paid according to a predefined board. ACF-Webmaster reserves the right to modify, as it wants and when it wants, any CPA payment scheme.
1.10.1 The affiliates which choose the CPA model will not receive commission on the 'Duplicates' and ‘Abusive’ players.
1.10.2 "Duplicate Player" is a player who has more than one account on our sites.
1.10.3An “Abusive” player is a player whose behaviour goes against our general conditions.
1.11 The “commission program” points to the model which the affiliate chose to be paid by. The affiliate can choose to work with a fixed revenue (CPA) or variable one.
1.12 Many “bonus seekers” are redirected to our sites through forums. Consequently, we reserve the right not to accept the traffic coming from these sources. Suspicious traffic coming from these sources could be redirected automatically except if the player is accepted after agreement and in exceptional circumstances.
1.13 "Spam" describes the undesirable emails and the messages that you send directly or indirectly and which:
1) Contains erroneous information.
2) Do not indicate clearly the source of the IP or the sender’s email address.
3) Does not include an instantly remove option.
2. AFFILIATION PROGRAMME: OUR 4 AFFILIATION PROGRAMMES ARE AS FOLLOWS

Plan 1: Exclusive Combined '3 stars guaranteed' Plan
ACF Webmaster is committed to pay the affiliate who has chosen plan 1 as follows:

A - Up to 10% of a life commission.
B - €50 of CPA per new registered person making a deposit.
C - A monthly bonus of up to €300 according to your Google page rank.

A - Up to 10% of a life commission according to GGP. (Gross Game Product: Deposits - Withdrawals).

Plan 2: Cost per Acquisition (CPA) Active Marketing

ACF-webmaster is committed to pay each affiliate chosen this plan, a CPA amount between €50 and €350 according to the number of players who have registered through the affiliate’s website and who will make a deposit of at least €49 depending on the below winnings board.

3. Our Rights and Obligations

3.1 Register your players

We save data about players activities.
We reserve the right to close players’ accounts if necessary.

3.2 Counting the play sessions
We record the player's sessions and offer you an access to the activities reports which allow you to follow the incomes that you generated.

3.3 Payment of the incomes
You will receive your payment (as described above) resulting from the players whom you directed on our websites and who opened an account.

3.4 CPA
ACF WEBMASTER reserves the right not to pay the CPA in a case where we notice abuse in the use of these methods. Some affiliates promise commission to players who will be registered on our sites in order to increase their commissions.

3.5 Access to the ACF WEBMASTER forum
ACF reserves the right to ban an advertiser from the ACF WEBMASTER forum, if posts are being made that we consider to be defamatory to ACF WEBMASTER, or if posts are being made to promote a system non-affiliated to ACF WEBMASTER.

3.6 Modification
ACF WEBMASTER reserves the right to modify the conditions of this contract by posting changes by a note on the site. These modifications can include a change concerning the remunerations, the dates and terms of payment and the rules of the affiliation program.
If some of these modifications are unacceptable you are free to terminate our agreement. By continuing to participate with our programme you are accepting any changes of our programme that may arise (you will be informed of the changes to the programme beforehand)
4. YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS


4.1 A link towards our casinos
By your participation within our affiliation programme, you agree to create a single link from your website towards our casinos. This link can be carried out by banners or hypertext links. With our approval you can create a direct link with our downloading file.exe. These are the only methods with which you can carry out our promotion. This contract will be immediately ended where you use methods such as Spam in order to promote our casinos.

4.2 Recruitment of the advertisers
This contract gives the non-exclusive right to you to direct customers towards our websites, in agreement with the terms of this contract. This contract does not confer any exclusiveness to you and it is obvious that we can in the same way contract others in order to obtain the same kind of service from them. The complaints you could have concerning your remuneration can relate only to flows you generate and in no case those generated by third parties.

4.3 Use of marketing material
You will use only banners we will provide you without modifying the appearance unless you have obtained written permission. In the same way for the hypertexts links whose appearance and syntax made by ACF WEBMASTER and which constitute the only authorized representation of our websites. You can use only the ACF WEBMASTER banners to which we give you access.

4.4 Good faith
You cannot benefit from traffic generated if we consider it has not been generated in good faith, even if no damage has been caused. We reserve the right to retain any sum we entitle you to according to this agreement, if we have reason to think that this kind of traffic was generated by any kind of artificial or foul means.

4.5 Responsibility
You are responsible for the contents of your site of which you must check the legality. In the event of complaints you can be liable to damages. Furthermore, you guarantee to us that you will not judge us responsible for any legal claims for compensation or legal costs (including, but not limited to, juridical action) concerning the development, activities, training and the content of your site. We do not support or give any help to stolen or copied content (or plaigiarised content), and we reserve the right to close your account if it turns out that you use such methods – or if you would transfer your revenues onto the author of the original content.

4.6 License of brands
You only have the non-exclusive right to use the ACF WEBMASTER brand only to display our banners on your website. This license cannot be subject to a transfer. Your use of these brands is limited to a licence allowing you to use the banners. You cannot claim the ownsership of the brands is invalid or dispute ownership of the brands by any kind of action whatsoever, and you will not take any action which can cause us harm or harm to the licence users. Nor will you provide something generically the same as it risks weakening their validity or reducing their collective results.
5. FEES

5.1 Opposition
The opposition for the payment of any transactions is defined as a non-processed payment following from a decision by a player to stop payment or from a decision by us due to suspected fraudulent activity. The amount of this will be deduced from your income. The expense of doing this will be paid to the relevant credit card company and will be managed by ACF Webmaster.

5.1.1 Opposition and re-crediting during the processing period
If payment has been stopped or a re-credit of payment occurs during the processing (12 working day) period, we reserve the right to deduce these amounts from your incomes.

5.2 Payment of commission
Your income will be given to you between the 5th and the 15th of the month according to payment method :
By bank transfer: Starting from €250
Neteller, Moneybookers or Paypal: Starting from €50
Credit on your player account: Starting from €50
If your revenues are less than the minimum amount, your winnings will be passed onto the following month until it reaches the minimum amounts required.
6. Conditions and end of contract

6.1 This contract takes effect at the time of creation of your link towards our websites and ends when one or the other of the parts decides it. The end of contract must be notified in writing and takes effect immediately. THE END OF THE CONTRACT IS EFFECTIVE AS SOON AS ONE OF THE PARTIES NOTIFIES THE END OF IT. An email will be considered as the written notification of the end of the contract between the 2 parts.

6.2 End of contract
You must remove our banners from your websites and deactivate the link which connects your website to ours.
The license rights transmitted to you, end immediately. If you did not fulfil your obligations, your incomes will not be given to you. We will be able to delay your last payment, within reasonable limits, in order to make sure that the amount which is entitled to you is correct. Your players will be able to keep on playing after the end of our contract; this does not constitute in any case a continuation or a renewal of the contract.

6.3 Confidential information
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END OUR CONTRACT IF WE JUDGE YOUR WEBSITE UNSATISFACTORY.
“Unsatisfactory” means that your websites contains pornography, incitements to violence, racism or other forms of illegality or discrimination based on sex, religion, nationality, disability or other.

6.4 Commercial use
This relationship only exists for commercial purposes, which means that you, the members of your family, your friends and associates cannot carry out deposits by using your tracking link in order to increase your income artificially. If you wish to carry out transaction tests in order to assess our system, please contact contact@acf-marketing.com so that we can credit you back the sums which you will have used for the tests. The transactions carried out apart from these tests will be regarded as fraudulent and will be deduced from your income.
7. Reparations

You will have to defend, compensate, and clear ACF Webmaster, their directors, civil employees, employees and their representatives concerning any responsibility, loss, damage and expenses, reasonable legal expenses included, which are the result of, or have a relationship with:
(a) Any failure by you guaranteed and contained in this agreement.
(b) Your obligations and duties relative to this contract.
(c) Your negligence and all damage caused by failure or omissions or the unauthorized use of our banners and our affiliation links.
8. Rejections

We make no guarantees, explicit or implicit, in respect with the affiliation programme, ACF Webmaster or payment agreements of marketing fees (including, without limitations, their guaranteed functionality, commercialisation, legality, the non-violation or any implicit guarantee following from a performance line, transaction or commercial use).
9. Fraud

In the case of any fraud, or any transaction which we may have doubts about, carried out by someone on your behalf or a real player, ACF-Webmaster reserves the absolute right to retain all the commissions due to the affiliate and to cancel the entire transaction. All the losses undergone following a fraud or with attempt at a fraud will be charged to an affiliate.
10. Relations between the parties

We are independent from one another and nothing in this contract creates a permanent relationship, sales representative or grouping of common interest between you and ACF Webmaster. The offers that you can do are those which are made to you directly by ACF Webmaster and you cannot make any statement, except with specific authorization, which contradicts this paragraph.
11. Limitation of responsibility

We are not responsible for the indirect or specific damages, as a consequence of your membership to our affiliation programmes even if we know the probabilities of such negative consequences. Our responsibility will not be able to exceed the total income paid within the framework of this agreement. Nothing in this agreement gets rights to third parties which are not one of the parts of this contract. The damages within the framework of this contract cannot exceed the marketing income and are limited to the direct damages. We are in no way responsible for eventual future errors or difficulties in functioning of our sites and the consequences of what could follow on from this.
12. Independence of the parts

You accept that you have read and approved the conditions of this agreement. You understand that we can propose to competitor websites a similar or different agreement. You choose of your own volition to adhere to our affiliation programme with this present contract as only guarantee.
13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Juridiction
The jurisdiction of Antigua governs the terms of this contract. Any proceedings brought against this agreement will have to obey the laws of its courts.
13.2 Clause of non-renunciation
The impossibility of respecting one of the clauses of this agreement does not constitute a brake with the respect of the other provisions of this contract. None of our employees, frameworks or agents can modify or give up verbally any of the provisions of this contract.
13.3 Remedies
The exercise of one or more of the provisions of this contract should not prevent the application of the other provisions. This contract does not affect any of our other rights. You recognise, confirm and agree that losses can be inadequate as an eventual breaking of a provision of this agreement and, in the case of a violation of a provision of this agreement, it is the intention of this provision to clear up the fact that our rights and respective obligations have to be applied in an equitable way, in the same way as in law or anywhere else.
13.4 Clause of renunciation
Each time that is it possible, the provisions of this agreement will have to be interpreted in order to be applicable in the field of the law but if certain provisions became inapplicable or illegal, such provisions would be inapplicable in this specifically definite case only. In no case the disability of a provision would come to invalidate the other provisions of this contract. If some of these provisions will come to be abandoned that should be specified in writing in order to be validated.

Language diversions

This current was originally written in French. If there is any case of divergence between one or several translated versions of the present version and the French one, the French contract takes priority over the original one.
